InkedStudio is a tool that turns the things you type into
pictures and videos using artificial intelligence. You write a sentence, the
computer reads it, draws it.
The catch: it's not a magic wand. The better you describe what you want, the
better picture or video you get. This manual shows you how to do that.
Sign in

Go to the sign-in page in your browser. The address
is something like inkedstudio.local/login.php. The link
is in the email your demo owner sent you.

Type your username (lowercase, no spaces) and
password (the one your demo owner shared with you).
Hit the big purple Sign in button.

You're in. You'll land on the studio, ready to make your first thing.
Lost your password? Don't try to guess — ask your demo
owner to reset it. They have a button for that.
The studio — what's on the screen
The studio is split into two big areas:
Big middle area (the chat) — your conversations and
everything you generated, top to bottom.
Right side (the "Your work" panel) — every image and
video you've made, grouped by character. Click any of them to open it
bigger, or click the character's name to keep making more.
Across the top you'll see a row of buttons:
＋ New Content (start a brand-new chat),
your credit balance,
？ Help (this manual), and
Sign out.
Below the chat is the composer. This is where you type
what you want. You'll see a small dropdown that says which model and
shape you're using, then a text box, then three buttons:
Copy (grabs your prompt so you can paste it
somewhere else),
Improve prompt (asks the AI to rewrite your
prompt so it sounds better), and the big
Generate button on the right.
Hover over the little "?" circles next to things if
you're not sure what they do. A small message pops up explaining it.
Make a picture
Three steps, in order:

Pick or make a character.
If you've never made a character before, click ＋ New Content
in the top bar — the studio will walk you through picking male or female,
giving them a name, body type, hair, eyes, age.
If you already have characters, click their name in the right panel.
A bubble will appear asking "Hello! What new content do you want to
create using {name}?" with two big buttons: Image {name}
and Video {name}. Pick one and you're ready to type.

Describe what you want to see. Be specific.
Bad prompt: "a woman".
Good prompt: "a young woman with short red hair, wearing a black leather jacket, standing in a rainy alley at night, neon signs reflecting off wet pavement, cinematic lighting".
Click Improve prompt if you want the AI to make
your sentence longer and fancier. It costs 1 credit.

Click the big Generate Image button.
Wait about 10-30 seconds. Your picture appears in the chat.
Settings matter. The little dropdown above the text box
lets you change the shape (1:1 for Instagram, 16:9 for YouTube banners,
9:16 for phone wallpapers) and the resolution (sharper = more credits).
Hover the "?" if you're unsure what they do.
Make a video
Same flow as pictures, but you click Video instead of
Image when picking your medium. Videos take longer
(~2 minutes) and cost more credits than pictures.
How long? 5 seconds is the default and a good starting point.
How big? 720p is sharp enough for most uses.
Sound? Turned on by default. Toggle off in the settings if you don't want it.
The trick to a good video prompt: describe the motion.
"A woman walks down a street" is much better than "a woman on a street".
Say what she does, where she looks, how the camera moves.
Your work (the right panel)
Everything you've ever generated lives in the right panel, grouped by
character. The character Esme, for example, will have
a section that shows every image and video you made of her.
Click a thumbnail to open it bigger in a pop-up window.
Click the character's name to jump into the chat with
that character, ready to make another picture or video.
"Delete" on a character removes every image and video
you ever made of them. It asks first, so don't worry about hitting it
by accident.
"Delete all" at the top wipes your entire gallery in
one shot. Again, asks first.
Animate an image (turn a picture into a video)
Already have a picture you love? Turn it into a video.

Find the picture in the right panel and click it. A pop-up opens.

Click 🎬 Animate image at the bottom of the pop-up.

The pop-up closes. You land in the studio with the textarea pre-filled
with a starter prompt. Edit it to describe how you want the picture to
move (camera, action, mood), then click
Generate Video.

Wait ~2 minutes. Your new video appears in the chat and shows up in
the right panel under the same character.
Same character, fresh start: click the character's name
in the right panel to jump into their chat. You'll see two big buttons:
Image {name} and Video {name}. Pick one and you're
ready to type your next scene — no need to re-fill any details, the
studio already remembers everything about them.
Quick commands (type these in the chat box)
You don't need to remember these. They're just shortcuts for the few
things you do most often. Type one and hit Enter.
create an image of Esme on a horse — instantly generates an image, no questions asked.
create a video of Esme at the beach — instantly generates a video of the same idea.
/improve — rewrites whatever's in the text box into a better prompt. Costs 1 credit.
/new — start a brand-new chat from scratch.
/balance — show how many credits you have left.
The "create an image of..." and "create a video of..." shortcuts only work
when you already have a character picked. If you don't, the studio will
ask you to make one first.
Something broken?
"Invalid credentials" when I sign in
Your username or password is wrong. Check the spelling — usernames are
lowercase, no spaces. If you're sure they're right, ask your demo owner
to reset your password.
"No credits" or "generation failed"
You're out of credits. Ask your demo owner to top up your account.
Everything else in the studio still works — you just can't make new
things until you have credits again.
The studio looks blank or the buttons don't do anything
Hit Ctrl+Shift+R
(or Cmd+Shift+R
on a Mac) to force-reload the page. Your browser cached an old version
of the studio.
An image took forever and nothing showed up
Pictures take 10-30 seconds, videos take 1-3 minutes. If you waited and
nothing appeared, the network probably hiccuped. Click
Generate again — your prompt is still in the
text box.
"Animate image" failed with a confusing error
That feature needs the studio to be on a real internet address (with
https). It works on the live demo. On a local copy, it fails because the
computer can't reach the picture — that's expected.
Still stuck?
Ask your demo owner. They're the only one with admin access to fix
things on the server side.
